Romina Espinosa is an artist who lives in Los Angeles, California. She popped out on January 13, 1988 at 3:14 AM in Coral Gables, Florida. Her greatest passion is films. She happens to be a writer and is developing her acting career. From time to time she enjoys participating in the making of short films, even if her only part in the making is holding the camera. Although Romina is not a social creature, she enjoys spending time with her friends. Her favourite activity is going to the movies.
Basically, Romina is amazing. If God had not created Eve, he would have created Romina. Now that we are on the subject of God/religion, we should touch base on which denomination Romina follows. She is not restricted to any religion. Though she was born a Catholic, she has developed into a mind of her own and instead is a very spiritual person. She also practices syncretism (this is the joining of various beliefs from distinct religions, to form one belief system).
Now, we should probably talk about music. Romina loves music… she loves it. Basically she listens to just about everything (even country). Specifically she enjoys indie/alternative, although on occasion she enjoys rock and pop. Some of her top artists include: The Beatles, Coldplay, Stars, Sufjan Stevens, The Shins, Good Charlotte, Avril Lavigne (the old one, not the new one), John Mayer, and Hilary Duff. Romina also likes to listen to classical music. Her favourite instruments include the guitar, piano, and the violin. She cannot play the violin, but is currently teaching herself the guitar.
We’ve already mentioned movies, but as the writer of this excruciatingly interesting article… I thought it would be a good idea to specify what she likes. Her favourite directors include M. Night Shyamalan, Wes Anderson, Daren Aronofsky, Alfonso Cuarón, and Pedro Almodóvar. These are some of her top films: Donnie Darko, Goodbye Lenin, Garden State, Dogville, Requiem for a Dream, Run Lola Run, Paris je t’aime, Pi: faith in chaos, Amélie, La Haine (Hate), Stranger than Fiction, The Devil Wears Prada, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, The Royal Tenenbaums, Science of Sleep, Rushmore, Children of Men, Volver, Zodiac.Romina also loves taking pictures. She has a personal interest in photography, but she does not have any plans in making a career out of it. It is merely a hobby and you can see her photographs by visiting her deviantART page or her recently created Flickr account.
To complete this story, I will inform you on a few more interests of hers. For example… the TV shows Romina tunes in to. She loves Scrubs, it is her favourite show. Some of the other programs she watches are: Heroes, House, South Park, The Office, My Name is Earl, 30Rock, and Family Guy. When Romina is not staring at a screen, she likes to read. Her favourite books are: The Chronicles of Narnia, The Harry Potter Series, Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass.
Some of her other interests include… eating bananas with peanut butter, Paris Hilton, physics, consuming an unhealthy amount of CheezIts daily, watching the Discovery Channel, making her feet dance, dreaming, pretending to be a dog around her dog, and finishing this paragraph.

Romina, I’ve been enjoying your film reviews. I, too, like to critique films on my blog, though I must admit I am a bit jealous as it seems you go to many advanced screenings while living in LA while I must sit and wait for the regular release.
